Yes. Garnett Keeler is a full member of the Public Relations and Communications Association, the world's largest professional body for PR and communications. All PRCA members must pass an independent annual audit called the Communications Management Standard (CMS), which combines elements of ISO9001 and Investors in People with criteria specific to PR consultancies. It is a rigorous process and has to be passed every single year. We have done that for 20 consecutive years. As a result, in December 2023 we were awarded Platinum CMS status, making us the first agency in the world to have reached that milestone. For clients it means one straightforward thing: you are working with an agency that has been independently verified, year after year, as professionally run and committed to excellence.

Garnett Keeler has been operating for more than 60 years, making it one of the most experienced PR and communications agencies in the UK. That longevity is not incidental. It reflects the fact that the vast majority of our work comes through personal recommendation, from clients and journalists alike, rather than through cold outreach or taking part in industry awards.

Our core sectors are animal health, aviation, commercial vehicles, human health, transport and logistics, and veterinary. These are not bolt-on capabilities. They represent decades of genuine sector expertise, built up through long-term client relationships and a senior team that includes former journalists with deep knowledge of the industries they cover.
