I've spent over 25 years working in operations, assistance and service delivery, starting on the phones and representing brands such as Land Rover, Jaguar, Aston Martin and Mercedes Benz, working my way up to Operations Manager. Now as a Business Manager at the Caravan and Motorhome Club I am responsible for the relationship management and service delivery of the travel insurance and European breakdown insurance. I have an entrepreneurial spirit and am driven to bring products and services to people they truly value.
Throughout my career, one thing has never changed, the best businesses are built on trust, relationships and reputation. People need to be treated properly!

Outside of work, I'm a dad to two teenage boys, oh and a Red Fox Lab. Travel has always been a big part of my life, I love a road-trip and have a genuine love of exploring and adventure.
I've been delivering products and services to people my whole working life. Roadside assistance to stranded drivers. Holiday travel insurance to caravanners heading to Europe. Pizza to front doors on a Friday and Saturday night. I don't say that last one as a throwaway line. I say it because it matters and because it gets to the heart of why I'm building MyTrustList.
